Kelley Durham, Managing Attorney
Kelley has served Personal Injury clients for more than 25 years. Known for her strategic approach and compassionate counsel, she’s guided countless clients through complex claims. The former founder of K Durham Law, Kelley now leads Shine Lawyers with the same dedication to justice and results.
Kelley is an Arizonan local, graduating Magna Cum Laude at Arizona State University, followed by the Texas A&M School of Law. Kelley has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Arizona and the District Court of Arizona. She’s heavily involved in leadership roles in the Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Women Lawyers Association and the City of Mesa Judicial Advisory Board.
Kelley also holds a membership with The National Trial Lawyers, a professional organization composed of the nation’s premier trial lawyers who exemplify superior qualifications as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers.

Dan Mori, Director, Shine Lawyers US LLC
Michael “Dan” Mori brings a unique depth of experience to his practice, shaped by a career that spans military service, law enforcement, criminal defense, and insurance litigation. A retired U.S. Marine Corps officer, his military legal career culminated in service as a Senior Military Judge.
Dan later transitioned to plaintiff-side advocacy with Shine Lawyers in Australia, one of the country’s leading litigation firms. There he gained extensive experience representing clients in high-profile matters. After returning to the United States, Dan practiced in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into how corporations and insurers approach litigation. Dan brings that same conviction to helping injured Americans access fair and fearless justice.
